About me

Biography

I’m a PhD student/univ. predoctoral assistant at the University of Vienna since 2026, working under the supervision of Prof. Kevin Tierney.

I have an MScR from the University of Bristol, where I was fortunate to work with Prof. Weiru Liu and Dr Kevin McAreavey on explainable AI for reinforcement learning (RL)/automated planning. Over time, I explored topics in imitation learning, RL and high-dim statistics, e.g., with Dr Yangchun Zhang at Shanghai University.

My research at Vienna focuses on algorithm configuration & automated heuristic discovery for combinatorial optimisation.
